In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, ALINA NIKEI S.R.L undertakes that the personal data collected will be processed respecting the following principles:

3. ALINA NIKEI S.R.L AS AUTHORIZED PERSON
ALINA NIKEI S.R.L processes personal data of its clients for providing creation and fashion design services.

3.1. Advisory, creation, and fashion design services
• The collected data are personal data necessary under specific legal regulations provided by Romanian legislation.
• The purpose of collection: creation and fashion design services of the operator according to Romanian legislation.
• Data subjects: employees, associates, and statutory bodies of the operator.
• The legal basis: compliance with the legal obligations of the operator as a provider of creation and fashion design services.
• Processing categories: collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure through transmission, dissemination, or making available in any other way, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion, or destruction.
• Recipients: companies or individuals providing services at the ALINA NIKEI S.R.L workshop located at Str. Unirii nr. 57, bl. U4, Sc. B, ap 21, Constanța, Romania
• Storage period: for the duration of the contractual relationship with the operator, and thereafter for 10 years.
• No transfer of these data to another country is performed.

3.2. Payroll and human resources services
• The collected data are personal data necessary under specific legal regulations provided by Romanian legislation.
• The purpose of collection: services related to employment relationships of the operator according to Romanian legislation.
• Data subjects: employees, spouses of employees, children dependent on employees, parents of children dependent on employees, close relatives, former employees of the operator.
• The legal basis: compliance with the legal obligations of the operator as a provider of payroll and human resources services.
• Processing categories: collection, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, extraction, consultation, use, disclosure through transmission, dissemination, or making available in any other way, alignment or combination, restriction, deletion, or destruction.
